Saute garlic in olice oil until slightly brown. Add to cooked pasta, reserving a little liquid in bottom of pan after draining. Serve with plenty of grated parmesan.

This recipe can be served in a variety of ways. With cooked vegetables such as broccoli, artichokes, mushrooms or clams.

If you want a cream sauce, just simply add grated Provel cheese and half & half, to make a nice creamy white sauce.
