Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

*Our company accepts no liability for perishable items shipped with rates less than NEXT DAY AIR or 2ND DAY AIR. By picking slower shipping rates you are forfeiting the ability to refund any spoiled products that may be received upon delivery.  Items deemed perishable will be marked as such in their product details by indicating that "Next Day Air Shipping is Required".

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We use UPS and can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

The shipping rates for the majority of the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page (total package weight also includes packaging matierial/ice packs for perishable items). To reflect the policies of the shipping company we use (UPS), all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.  Any other questions regarding UPS and it's shipping policies can be found on their website at www.ups.com.

*PLEASE NOTE:  Shipping days are business days only (Monday - Friday).  Per UPS, packages will not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday, so those still in transit over the weekend will be held with UPS until the next business day.  

*Please allow one up to one business day for processing before your order is shipped out.  Orders received by 1:00 PM Central Standard Time can possibly be shipped out that same day, pending product availability.  Please see below for deadlines for a faster transit:

Next Day Air - the last day a Next Day Air order can be sent out during the week is Thursday; all orders must be received by 1:00 PM CST.

2nd Day Air - the last day a 2nd Day Air order can be sent out during the week is Wednesday; all orders must be received by 1:00 PM CST.

3-Day Select - the last day a 3-Day Select order can be sent out during the week is Tuesday; all orders must be received by 1:00 PM CST.
