Easy Italian Pizza

  • 1/8 Budweiser Yeast
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups unbleached flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Dash of oregano


Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix vigorously; allow dough to rest for 20 minutes. Cover in warm place while preparing sauce.
