    My daughter, a St Louis native, grew up eating St Louis style pizza with that special cheese. So grateful to Viviano's for shipping to WA, so she and her family can have the cheese necessary for a good pizza, made in their backyard pizza oven they built themselves.The review I received from them this evening, was "fabulous".

    We LOVED Hoffman's Provel. Since the fire, we have looked and looked for something close and this is about as close as you are going to get.

    Growing up in Glendale/Kirkwood area in the 50's-60's we always went to Caruso's pizza at Big Bend and Manchester. It was the best, but what made it was the cheese. Since I moved to Santa Fe NM in the early 70's, I have begun to order this cheese from Viviano's and now I make my St. Louis pizza at home. Couldn't be better.

    Can't get Provel out here in AZ. Grew up in St Louis and I have to have my Provel. Ordering was easy!
